I am looking for ideas to increase Hp & performance. I would like a range of ideas from inexpensive to high dollar. How much does it cost to chip and is Dinan always best?

I had Dinan software, exhaust and cold-air intake (CAI) on my '99 M3. I didn't dyno it to see the difference, though I did feel more low-end torque after the upgrade. What's nice about Dinan is that they have their own warranty that complements the BMW factory warranty. I don't think any other aftermarket vendor does that (AFAIK).

Get a light weight flywheel. UUC has a very good kit. B&B Tri flow, aa, or supersprint are also great. Dinan is the best, but too expensive. Short shifter, the UUC Evo is the best on the market. Jim C has a great power programmer. I have used the programmer and felt the difference. Good Luck to you. I have a few mods on my M3(Check my profile). I shaved about a half a second on my 0-100. 0-60 maybe a tenth or so. [driving2] [headbang]
