Always thought I knew lots about cars being an old phart who has owned lots and lots of mechanical demons. I've been driving my Z4 for a year now and just noticed tonight while sitting in front of a convience store waiting on the other half to return that both my low and high beams (xenon) come from the same bulb, e.g., the outermost lens on each side and the interior lens next to them only come on if I would "flash to pass". Now am I weird to think these lights would come as high beams? I don't have DRLs set cause I just don't like them. If I did, would the interior lenses be the DRLs? And the "flash to pass"? "Inquiring minds... " and all that stuff. [driving2]
