The BMW M2 is definitely fascinating for a lot of people in the industry. Its curvaceous design and wide hips have undoubtedly caused plenty of lips to be bitten. Hard. Well, for some that?s not enough.

The guys from Bengala Design put together a rendering of a possible wide body kit for the M car that will inevitably attract a lot of curious looks. To us, it looks similar to what Vorsteiner put together for the M4, a kit that is so seamlessly integrated that it makes you wonder why BMW didn?t go a little wider on the stock model.

Since the M2 is not all that long in the first place, adding all those extra inches on the sides is rather risky because it could end up looking like a square instead of a rectangle. We?re kidding of course, there?s no way in hell we could pass up on this wide body kit even if it makes driving your car on a daily basis an uncomfortable task.

The guys also added a set of rims from HRE Performance Wheels dressed in gloss black that are not just a nice touch but could be a necessity. With the added width of the fenders up front and in the back, you will need an extra wide setup just so that you don?t look like you?re riding around on shopping cart wheels.

And yes, we know that wouldn?t be true, but to the untrained eye, that would be the impression created. Furthermore, the whole thing would be out of balance without proper ?shoes? to go around in.

A lower suspension setup could be helpful as well and that would reduce this (otherwise fast) car to a crawl. However, as you?ve come to learn in the adult world, rarely you can have your cake and eat it too.
