Need help with body style...fast!

I am looking at a couple of 1999 328i convertibles. I am a bit confused as to the body style of these two cars. Both are listed as 1999 328i, but the bodies look different. Look at the front and rear bumpers and the rocker panels. There is definitely a difference. Can anyone tell me what the deal is?
