wheel change!

Does anybody know if a set of E46 M3 wheels will fit in a Z3 2.3 2000? Will they affect performance (acceleration) significanly? I would assume that roadholding would be better, but due to the larger rear wheels, it might "push" a lot...

i basically want to know if i can fit the m3 rims on my z3 without any negatives effects and if any what are they... because im gettin the m competition rims for my m3 and i want to know if i can take advantage of the old m3 ones and put them on the z
