'94 5-speed difficult to shift into reverse

Hi,
My '94 5-speed is very difficult to shift into reverse. Any suggestions or idea as to what could be my problem.

I have a '94 325i and what I do is just jam it over. Most of the time it goes smoothly but sometimes its a little difficult. The only tip I could give is to just give it a good pop.

When was it last serviced? I service mine every 25k and use Redline lubricants!
