I've just recently noticed my clutch sticking midway through when releasing it. This only happens during maybe the first 5 minutes after I start the car. Anybody else have this problem or maybe know why???
How does it stick??? staying down or engaged. if your having probs getting in/out of gears for the 1st 5mins then it could be the temp of the gearbox fluid (friend has a ferrari that wont use 1st or 2nd until its warm!!!!)
It sticks midway when I release it (by taking my foot off the clutch). No problems getting out of gear, it just sticks and feels awkward. I was thinking it might be because the car is not warmed up yet. Hmmm...I don't know.
hmmm very strange and annoying!!???!?!?!? if the clutch fully engages then it could be a small ammount of air in the clutch fluid that settles down when its left for a while causing the problem which then rises up as you keep pumping the clutch. try pumping it before you start like 15 or so times to see if it makes a differance if it does then get it checked if not then back to the boards
