Interior light question

Hi all, I am new to the forum and have just purchased a 1997 z3 2.8. I have imported the car from the US into Canada. While checking the lights over getting ready for the Provincial and Feceral inspections I noticed that there is no light around the heater temp and blower postition controls. Is this supposed to be illuminated and if so how do I get to the bulb.

No light on the 99 either, makes it hard to see those knobs and the blower for the fan. They do not glow . Welcome

Yes, you simply have a bulb out.

take out the space between the two t's and paste it.
