My 95 325 obd1 is usually rather unresponsive and a bit short on power (15%?). If it is not fully warmed up it is pretty good, and usually above 5500 rpm is good. Now that it is cooler (40 deg) it is much better. It idles perfectly, has no codes, and if it feels like it, can run perfectly when fully warmed up through a couple or three gears, Oxy sensor is new, plugs and boots are new, tried a known good maf and exhaust system, but didnt help.
