I Just Bought A 98 Z3m ( I Love The Car Its Fun ) And Have A Question Or Two,
1, When Changing The Spark Plugs Do You Just Unscrew The Coils And Take Out The Plug And Does It Matter The Order You Do It .and Is There A Trick To It. Like Do You Have To Disconnect The Battery?

2, Its Running A Little Hot So I Want To Drain And Fill The Coolant, Is There A Bleeder ? And Should I Go By The Dealer And Buy The Bmw Coolant?

Yes use BMW antifreeze!

I am curious what is a little high, mine runs right at the half-way point.

it runs between 1/2 and the 3/4 point. thanks for the reply.
I found something interesting the 98 year can't be shark injected because it has read only memory. I never read that anywhere.

Bimmerworld has the Shark Injector for the 98 2.8 Z3. I Dinan software in my 98 M Roadster.

MY 98 has P.R.O.M. memory which stands for read only memory? so the shark injector would not work, where can I get the diana chip?

P.R.O.M. stands for programmable read only memory. You can write to it but since it takes extremely long when compared to the reading time, the system that uses it does not write anything to it, just reads from it, hence the read only memory part of the name.
